Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Dolpho app and website, published by MSE Apps. By using Dolpho you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

1. Not medical advice

Dolpho provides general swim plans for recreational swimmers. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and it does not determine whether swimming or any movement is safe for you. Swim within your abilities, follow pool rules and lifeguard instructions, and consult a qualified professional if you have health concerns, are pregnant or postpartum, or are returning after an injury. Stop if you feel unwell.

2. Your account

Dolpho creates an anonymous account so your plan and history can be saved. You're responsible for activity on your device. You can delete your data at any time in the app.

3. Subscriptions

Dolpho Premium is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. If you start a free trial, payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Dolpho — for example by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it beyond what the law allows, or using automated means to generate plans in bulk.

5. AI-generated content

Workouts are composed with AI assistance and checked against your stated preferences by automated rules. They may still contain mistakes. Use your judgement and adapt any workout to how you feel.

6. Intellectual property

Dolpho, the Dolpho mascot, the app and its content belong to MSE Apps. Your swim logs and notes remain yours.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Dolpho is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MSE Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from activities you choose to undertake. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access for misuse. You can stop using Dolpho at any time.
